Dear Robbie McCrea I have a bounce cheque case in Sharjah courts for 51 million. Which I have the judgement in my favour. The case started in 2016 and attachment order was put on the properties but the debtor sold 9 of his properties already. As there was a spelling mistake in the name of the debtor and Dubai courts could not locate the properties. I have been do some investigation of my own and talking to real estate agents and there are still more properties under his name. Civil case is in the execution court and last month in July 2019 I found out from a real estate agent that the debtor still has other properties in Dubai. I got the title deeds from the real estate agent but Dubai courts have no put the attachment order to block the properties as it is not coming up in Dubai Land Department. Please can you advise me on this matter and help me locate the debtor's properties.
